Guangzhou, South China, has been improved, thanks to local authorities' efforts till July, as announced by the Guangzhou Municipal Transportation Committee recently.
The service of bus and van has been extended into all residential communities while all housing estates are connected by bus now.
110 more bus stops and 329 more bus lines have been set up connecting to nearby metro stations, up by 38% and 18% now than before.
The night lines of bus have been increased to 48, covering most of the areas that were originally out of bus reach, like Tangxia, Yuancun, Huanggang and Jinsha Zhou.
The total of bus lines have risen to 529 citywide, with network intensity of 3.93km2.
